FIND OUT HOW
Turning your board into a high-impact strategic oversight board can be overwhelming.
You need to…
Get Out of the Weeds
It’s easy for a board to get stuck into the day to day operations of the school, and leave strategic leadership issues unaddressed.
Attract and Retain Staff
Attracting quality staff is difficult enough, let alone retaining that staff. It feels like you’re always in recruit mode.

Most board members are passionate about the school that they lead but not so great at building a thriving board or developing a dynamic relationship with their administration.
All that changes when you join Stronger Board.
As a part of the Stronger Board program, you’ll learn a 4-step plan for building a high-impact board, get access to bi-weekly leadership coaching from an expert who will help you succeed, and quarterly planning meetings to keep the team on track.
-
The board chair and principal are necessary to participate in all meetings and workshops. The board will engage in planning and status meetings.
There may be specific projects and surveys that engage some of the administration and teaching staff, but the majority of their participation will be digital.
-
The program is a coaching engagement with annual renewals.
-
Annual Strategic Planning Meetings: Sets the framework for strategic direction.
Leadership Coaching: Tailored development for the board chair and principal to foster leadership growth.
Bi-Monthly Project Reviews: Ensures strategic initiatives are on track.
Annual Staff Engagement Assessment: Provides insights into staff morale and organizational culture, leading to informed governance decisions.
